Image removal.
We credit every photograph and link to its source and reuse license. If you are a depicted person, photographer, or rights holder with a concern, contact us and we will review it promptly.
Contact
Email contact@clashofais.com with “CosplayKiss image removal” in the subject. Include the exact CosplayKiss image URL or a screenshot that identifies it, your relationship to the image, and what you are requesting. We may ask for information needed to verify the request. If you are pictured, you do not need to file a formal DMCA notice. After reasonable identity verification, we will remove your image. Please do not send identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure method.
DMCA copyright notices
For a copyright takedown notice, include the copyrighted work you claim is affected, the specific image URL on our site, your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner, and your physical or electronic signature.
We review notices and remove or disable access to images when appropriate. A takedown route does not replace the need for permission or a valid reuse license.
Creator submissions
Adult cosplayers and photographers can use the same address to propose images. Please include proof that every depicted person is 18 or older and your permission or commercially reusable license for publication.
